Where to stay close to biltmore

Biltmore estate is outrageously priced. Lodging is sky high. If you’re going, buy the house tour ticket that comes with access to the grounds.

We’ve been on the house tour several times so on this trip we just wanted to visit the winery and surrounding shops. They sell tickets to the state house saying its by appointment only. We tried to change our time and they said we couldnt , when we got there we noticed that was not by appointment There are more attractions spread out into seperate areas on the Estate. Be prepaired to do some walking. Not too handicap friendly.

Long distances from Handicap parking lots with uphill grades hard on those pushing wheel chairs. There are closer drop off points for those who are passengers. It was raining the day we had passes so didn’t enjoy the visit. Had it been a good day my coments may have been better. The inside of the mansion was as beautiful as I had remembered it. This is a really great place to visit but quite expensive.

We visited during the pandemic, and unfortunately many attractions that were supposed to be included closed down early with no notice. It was very disappointing because we had planned to spend more time there. It is a beautiful place. I think I would like to go back one day and get the whole experience.

It is an amazing property. We did the Legacy of the Land tour and I did the Rooftop tour as well as the house tour. We also ate at the Stable Restaurant for lunch. A little pricey, but fun to do if you want the ambiance. We had a great 2n stay here, on what was our first visit to Asheville. Primarily came to visit the Biltmore estate, and it was less than a mile from this hotel to the entrance! Room was nicely appointed, quiet ,very comfortable beds and pillows. Good offerings for breakfast.

Would highly recommend this to anyone for the proximity to the estate. Breakfast selection was good. The quality was microwave style foods which didn’t taste very good, but to each its own. I appreciate the variety in the options they did have so there is something for several palettes. The location was great, a stones throw from the Biltmore Estate and not too far from downtown Asheville very easy to get to.

The room and hotel were clean, and had good sanitation measures in place to protect guests. We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was well appointed, roomy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very pricey, but, you could not beat the location to the Biltmore Village, Biltmore Estates, the Freeways, and the Blueridge Parkway. The location of the apartment home was great for the sites we visited. Pisgah, for example. We enjoyed the lodging layout, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Thank you for a memorable stay! This hotel is a good value for Asheville. The location is excellent: you can walk to shopping and restaurants. Free parking. In room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Needed a place close to Biltmore Estate with multiple bedrooms to avoid having to book to rooms in a traditional hotel. Plenty of room, nice location, quick and easy to get to main gate of Biltmore Estate. Breakfast was very good, restaurant was attractive and clean, staff attentive and friendly.

Room large and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Hotel close to Biltmore Estate the reason for our visit. Location near Biltmore Estate and village shops. Hotel staff were exceptional in service and were personable.

Beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast and the hotel was near the freeway. Very convenient to get to the Biltmore Estate and Asheville. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection The location of hotel was spot on close to Biltmore Estates.

There was a lot of construction going on near the entrance. The room was small but nice. No complimentary breakfast. It was hard to park a trailer in the covered parking lot, but there was a lot next to the property that I was able to use.

Despite signs about wearing masks, we were the only ones doing so. Not even the front desk clerk wore a mask. There was hair in the shower, and the room smelled like fried food. I liked having a kitchen in the suite. No information in the room about area amenities. Nice staff. This was the best hotel room I’ve stayed in for a long time. It had a full kitchen and modern appliances.

The lobby smelled great; everything was new and clean. Superb staff; they were friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. The hotel was comfortable, and the accommodations were awesome. There was a stove in the room; bring food to cook. The staff was hospitable. I had a good stay. The hotel was dirty and had bugs. My TV didn’t work, though, so I changed rooms. The bed was comfortable. No on-site food or information about area dining.

If you want the bare minimum, this is the hotel for you. No breakfast. I didn’t have any problems. Close to the VA hospital, and the service was good.

The mobility assist was nice to see, but there should have been a chair in the shower. Rated Average Upper-upscale, smoke-free, full-service, all-suite, golf resort Near Biltmore Fashion Park – also near Wrigley Mansion 8 miles from Sky Harbor Airport Heated outdoor swimming pool – lazy river – waterslide Exercise room Full-service spa – golf course Free parking.

I was initially given the wrong room, so I had to return to the front desk. The heater in the 2nd room didn’t work, and there were problems with the key card and fridge. The decor was outdated, and the carpet was wrinkled. The room had a coffee maker, tiny microwave, and small fridge, but there were no kitchen utensils. The elevators didn’t work well, and one was shut down.

The manager was never available, though the front desk clerks did their best to address my complaints. I was never told about hotel amenities, and stumbled upon the exercise room the last day of my stay. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a day or two.

Not many restaurants nearby. The room was pricey considering that breakfast wasn’t complimentary. Great place to stay. The coffee was horrible. I left my glasses behind, and the hotel staff wouldn’t mail them to me. There were shady people partying in the parking lot.

The customer service was poor. The room needed better cleaning. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the customer service was horrible. People hung out in the parking lot partying. The fridge in my room was full from a previous guest, and there was mold all over the shower. I requested a late checkout because my flight was delayed, but when I checked out, the clerk was rude and charged me extra. Stay somewhere else. The lobby was hard to find. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and I had to go back to the front desk to get some; only one blanket was available.

The shower wasn’t clean. Service was non-existent, and the hotel clerks were curt. Joseph Hospital. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time they saw us. We were able to have breakfast and dinner and relax in the evenings. We were moved to another room the next day, and it was amazing. The hotel clerk went above and beyond to make up for the 1st night.
